Kitakshi accepts online payments through Razorpay and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) will be charged an additional ₹100 COD handling charge.

The applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

7. Cash on Delivery

COD is available for eligible orders and locations.

A ₹100 COD handling charge will be added to COD orders.

Kitakshi may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict COD availability for certain orders, locations, or customers based on operational requirements.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Kitakshi provides free shipping on eligible orders.

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Order processing and dispatch may take additional time during sales, promotional periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

A ₹100 handling charge applies to approved return or exchange requests.

10. Refunds & Store Credit

Kitakshi does not provide monetary refunds for eligible customer returns.

Approved returns will be provided as Store Credit, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
